The very first thing to do is to choose the type of business that you want and the products that you are to sell. Consider some factors like the number of competitors around you and the products that are of the same type of your product.
Study the flow of your business and create plans for short term and long term goals.
You must also have to track your transactions and make a follow up report for each of the business deals and purchasing that occurred.
