If you are living in North America...at the most there is only 10 hours left in this day at the time of this blog being written. 10 hours...for some it is even less. For those in Newfoundland they only have about 5.5 hours left. Then today...Thursday, September 16th, 2010 is gone...FOREVER.
How did you spend your Thursday, September 16th, 2010? Were you grateful for your day and the gifts given to you today or did you complain all day looking forward to getting home and getting to bed so you can begin Friday. September 17th/2010.
Did you wake up in a warm bed, eat well, hear children laugh, have a coffee with a co-worker, collect your pay cheque, drive your car to work, say what was on your mind without concern you would be arrested, laugh at a good joke, write emails on your computer, volunteer for charity, plan to attend a Harvest Jazz Festival. Did you know that one of the things that Koreans and the Chinese love about my part of the world? FRESH AIR!!! Did you appreciate your clean air today?
We live in a bubble in North America...so sheltered from the rest of the world. Yes we have our problems but my bet is....most of the world would trade places with us anytime.
So how are you going to spend Friday, September 17th,2010? Being grateful or being ...well...blind, deaf and dumb?
Here's to your success!
