Amazon.com is an online hub for trading. They also facilitate online bidding transactions. The e-market commonly sells books, music records, cars, computers, cameras, music players, clothes, gadgets, appliances, perfumes, accessories, jewelries and other durable goods. Amazon.com rarely traded services and non-durable goods like food. Some even traded novelties, dogs, antiques, old things that have historical values.
What draw traders, bidders, sellers, entrepreneurs and companies to sell and buyers alike to buy in Amazon.com is their affiliate (marketing) program. With their affiliate program, Amazon.com offered multi-level incentive schemes. The more products sold in their hub, the greater incentive is shared. When a buyer is an affiliate member, he/she will have greater product discounts. Amway also operates in the same affiliate program. The difference is trades in the physical market.
Affiliate marketing offers a cash pot because it draws both buyers and sellers. With internet playing in as a new platform for multi-level marketers, affiliate marketing is reaching larger markets. Music, for one, is a growing industry, as more artists are recording more with home-based recording technologies. File-sharing technologies further enlarged the music industry by exposing more music options to listeners.
E-books form a new industry that affiliate marketers could take advantage. E-books, along with e-book reader hardware, have market potentials because more people now read online or through their computers.
What further made affiliate marketing tip is the increasing use of credit cards and cheaper global freights. Credit card companies just made buying easier and cheaper freights made safer handling and faster delivery of purchased goods. Amazon.com and Amway eventually forged a partnership with these service companies and found skyrocketing sales.
