I was impressed with the post game interview done with the just recent MVP and Super Bowl Champion Drew Breis.
He was reflecting on how just four years ago the city was 85 percent under water, thousands of its people were spread across the USA and the NFL football team was playing games in other "home" stadiums not even sure if they would survive.
Now just four short years later..there are thousands dancing in the street ...the dry streets..celebrating their Super Bowl champs..the New Orleans Saints.
And here's how it all started..the comeback...according to Drew Bries...who btw the way was an unsigned quarterback then facing unknown injuries.
He said..."We set goals, stayed focused, perservered and worked as a team.." And that's just the city and its residents...the football team did the same thing.
Reminds me of what entrepreneurs do to achieve the things they want from life...even when things look their worse...which they inevitably do on a journey as an entrepreneur.
Think you can't do it.. You can be just like New Orleans. You can perservere...you can be dancing in the streets. You can be celebrating your Super Bowl win.
Why? Because entrepreneurs ALWAYS have that opportunity...if you stay in the game...one day at a time.
