Common Courtesy! Where has it Gone?

As many of you know I run multiple businesses and I am fanatic about client service.

Treat people well and they will treat you well...I tell my team.

I talk about this today because it seems that common courtesy has become the exception rather than the rule these days.

I am reminded of my friend Krista's comment when she said "we grow up being taught to say please and thank-you..yet for some reason when we leave our home many people stop doing that"

And here's some more common things..

Why can't we thank people for letting us out onto the street with our car..did we forget to wave?

Why do we say thankyou to the drive through people when we are the ones giving them the money?

Why do we laugh at kids when they are being rude or even worse allow our kids to be rude to adults.

I guess the bright spot in all this is..its really easy to stand out with Exceptional customer service when you are simply practicing common courtesy.

Live Large!
